Our experienced technicians are specially trained in the care of all kind of upholstery, including leather, so they will choose the proper cleaning solution best suited for your furniture. We use most up to date equipment as well as cleaning products.
As an added option we recommend to use fabric protector that improves and preserves the colour, beauty and life of the upholstery.
The Beauty of Leather Furniture
Beautifully crafted furniture upholstered in leather looks luxurious with a distinct smell and feel not found in any other products.
With obvious aesthetic appeal, leather furniture will keep its properties unchanged for many, many years. With proper care, leather generally outlives fabric upholstery 4 to 1. Genuine leather will not become hot or sticky in summer, nor cold and clammy in winter because it is a natural material that breathes making it comfortable all year round.
Leather is the strongest natural upholstery material known to man and was the first fabric ever used for upholstery. Leather will not readily burn or melt and it is extremely difficult to puncture. With proper care, leather can stand up to the rigors of daily life in the home or office.
Cleaning and Conditioning:
The goal in caring for leather is to keep it like new, through years of use. Regular scheduled cleaning of your leather furnishings will maintain them in prime condition and extend their useful life. Over time body oils, perspiration, skin acids and soiling will work into the leather if it is not cleaned regularly and correctly.
We use a thorough gentle cleaning process followed by the applications of specially formulated conditioners. We clean without stripping natural oils or inhibiting the leather’s ability to breathe. This prevents the leather from drying out and cracking, as well as from staining and discoloring.
Mattress Cleaners
Your bed represents a major investment. However, if you are like most people, your mattress has been neglected when it comes to cleaning.
It´s understandable, it´s difficult (if not impossible) to deep clean your mattress. In fact, even most professionals have problems providing a successful mattress cleaning technique–but we can help. Our mattress cleaning procedure is an exclusive technique that aims on extending the life of your mattress and rid your bed of harmful allergens.
Firstly we vacuum the mattress utilising UV-ray disinfection which kills up to 99% of germs, and can effectively eliminate more than 93% of dust mites, bed bugs and scabies. This Hepa grade vacuum has been endorsed by the Allergy Association of Great Britain.
The mattress is then vacuumed again using our high powered commercial Hepa grade vacuum cleaner to remove that deep down particulate soil, this includes dead skin, dead dust mites, bed bugs and their excreta.
The mattress is the treated with our specifically designed cleaning solution and cleaned using our high powered hot water extraction equipment, with the latest and most efficient upholstery tools available.
Other options include treatment of body oil and perspiration stains, urine stains, and treatment with Healthgard Meditech anti-microbial deodorant.
It is recommended that the mattress be treated with Healthgard’s DM1 Total Hygiene which can dramatically reduce bacteria, mould, fungi, and dust mite colonies by 99%. Creating a barrier for up to 6 months by inhibiting microbial growth and denying the dust mite a food source.
Highly recommended is a fully encased mattress protector which can be purchased for ongoing protection.
